BrainFutures® 2017 offers Super Saver rates through June 30, 2017. Register now to save $200 off the full conference price.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY REGISTRATION?

Your ticket to BrainFutures® 2017 includes access to all plenary and breakout sessions, book signings and the BrainFutures® 2017 Expo, where you can meet the innovators, try out new products and see research-to-practice innovation first hand. Also included are a reception on day one, breakfast and lunch on day two, and snack breaks featuring brain-healthy dietary choices.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH MY REGISTRATION?

Your registration does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation or dinner.

MAY I BRING A GUEST?

BrainFutures® 2017 is restricted to paid registrants only. A name badge is required for admittance to each session and the Expo.

Do You Provide Scholarships?

Yes. We have a limited number of scholarships available. You can apply for a scholarship by contacting Lea Ann Browning McNee at Lmcnee@BrainFutures.org.

Can I apply to be a speaker?

We would love to hear from you. Although the BrainFutures® 2017 agenda is nearly complete, we are open to exploring opportunities.

What’s the refund policy?

Full refund of your registration, minus a $25 processing fee, is available through June 30, 2017.

What airport should I fly in to?

The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center is in close proximity to the following airports:
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport – DCA (8 miles away)
Washington Dulles International Airport – IAD ( 35 miles away)
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport – BWI (42 miles away)

What are the official dates of the Conference?

Onsite registration opens on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at 11AM with the opening plenary set for 1PM eastern time. The event ends at approximately 5:30PM on Thursday, September 7.
